Our facility is unlike any gym you’ve been to before, it is a community where we pride ourselves in not only providing world class CrossFit training but we also believe in creating a motivating, dynamic environment filled with like-minded people of all ages and body types, who are committed to working hard and achieving lasting fitness results. Step 1. Free Intro Session

Enjoy a FREE 30 minute training session to see if CrossFit is for you. Contact us to book the next available time slot.

Step 2. On-Ramp Classes

Finished your intro and ready to get started? Our On-Ramp classes take you through the fundamentals of CrossFit putting you on the road to success! The On-Ramp classes are designed to teach you the foundational movements and techniques as well as our Box Culture. Classes run on Monday and Wednesday.

Step 3. General Classes

Hungry for more? When you have completed the On-Ramp class then you are ready for regular CrossFit classes. Find out from any of our friendly coaches about which membership packages will suit you!
